Mayor Ness and other City officials will hold a news conference today, Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM in Duluth City Hall to address  the Minnesota Court of Appeals decision on the retiree healthcare case. 

 

Mayor Ness will make brief statements and be available for questions.
