The Duluth Police Department is hosting its first of two fall Crime Free Multi Housing (CFMH) Landlord Training sessions. This training is for landlords and property managers in the City of Duluth and provides a partnership between police, property owners/managers, and residents to foster a safe, healthy, and crime free community in rental housing.
The first training is Tuesday, September 28th; 2010 at the West Duluth Police Station Training Room, 5830 Grand Avenue. The hours of the training are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM and the $50 registration fee includes lunch and training manual. The next training is Tuesday, November 30th.
Those interested in attending or wanting more information can contact Jacob Wagner of Neighborhood Housing Services at (218) 727-8604 ext. 15 or email him at jwagner@nhsduluth.org. The registration form can also be found on the City of Duluth’s main web page, www.duluthmn.gov under the Crime Free Multi Housing tab, or here.
