Road closure at N Tenth Avenue E slated to begin Monday, May 15
[DULUTH, MN] A portion of N Tenth Avenue E between First and Second Streets will close to vehicle traffic on Monday, May 15 to accommodate ongoing construction work at St. Luke’s Hospital. Signs placed in the area will direct traffic to detour around the closure.
