City announces temporary changes to some City Hall office locations

 

[DULUTH, MN] Ongoing work on Duluth City Hall’s ventilation and mechanical systems will require that some of the first floor offices be temporarily relocated. 

 

Construction Services and Inspections will be moved to the third floor; their offices will be immediately adjacent to the elevators.

 

Finance department offices will still be on the first floor of City Hall, but public access to those offices will be available through room 140.  Drop boxes for the Finance are available for residents; a walk-up box is located in the Rotunda on the first floor, and a drive-up drop box is located in front of City Hall on Priley Drive.

 

Planning and Economic Development will remain in room 160 and will continue to be open during the construction. 

 

This phase of construction work on the first floor is projected to conclude in late summer.

 

An additional note: the Planning and Economic Development Office and the Construction Services and Inspection Office will be closed from 1 pm to 4 pm on Friday, June 9th.
