Third Avenue East Closure between First and Second Streets to begin on Monday, July 24
[DULUTH, MN] Beginning Monday morning, July 24th, Third Avenue East will be closed from First Street to Second Street. The closure is to allow for repairs to the curb, gutter, and alley aprons in preparation for street reconditioning. The closure is anticipated to last approximately one week, depending on weather.
