Duluth City Hall construction project to limit access to parking, building on Tuesday

[DULUTH, MN] The parking area on Priley Drive will be closed to all vehicles beginning on Monday evening, August 14. The parking lot will remain closed through Tuesday to accommodate a crane. The crane’s operation will cause the Priley Drive entrance doors to City Hall to remain locked through Tuesday, as well. All other public-facing entrances will remain in service during this phase of the work project.

ADA-compliant parking spots in Priley Circle will be affected during the crane work.

Property management staff ask the public to adhere to closure signage and caution tape for their own safety.

In addition to the temporary parking changes, the fourth floor of City Hall will be closed to all personnel and visitors from approximately 9 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, August 15. The crane is expected to leave the property by August 16, depending on weather.

The City of Duluth thanks the public for their understanding and patience during construction.
