[DULUTH, MN] Mayor Emily Larson will present the 2024 proposed City budget to City Council tonight at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall. Media is invited to attend. A brief Q&A opportunity for journalists and reporters will take place immediately following the presentation in room 330, immediately next door to Council Chambers.
