Utility work to portion of East Superior Street to cause street and Lakewalk detours beginning Monday, September 11.

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] City of Duluth utility operations crews will perform in-ground repair on a water main near the intersection of East Superior Street and 60th Avenue E beginning the morning of Monday, September 11. The repair will cause a temporary on East Superior Street and on the parallel section of the Lakewalk. Signs will be posted, and the detour route is shown in the image below. The repair work and closure are anticipated to last approximately one week, depending on weather. 

 

 

A map of the affected area is included below, with the affected area in red and the detour route in green. The City of Duluth thanks residents for their patience while the work is conducted.
