[Duluth, MN] Mayor Emily Larson and DECC Executive Director Dan Hartman will present a partnership regarding the DECC Arena ice plant on Wednesday, September 13 at 1:30 pm at the DECC Arena.
There will be remarks by Mayor Larson and Executive Director Hartman, and a press release will follow the event.
