City of Duluth Planning Commission to host public meeting regarding proposed updates to UDC parking requirements
[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth invites the public to a public meeting to learn and provide input and feedback regarding proposed changes to Chapter 50 of the City Code, pertaining to the Unified Development Code’s regulations associated with off-street parking regulations. The proposed changes include the potential elimination of minimum parking requirements, the adoption of regulations for temporary gravel parking areas, and the addition of provisions associated with electric vehicle charging and bicycle storage.

A presentation will begin at 5:15 p.m. Residents, businesses, and all interested parties are invited to attend any time to provide comments, ask questions, or discuss the proposed changes with other attendees and city staff from the Department of Planning and Economic Development.
