Mayor Emily Larson and Public Works and Utilities staff to update the public on lead water lines removal projects at press conference 

 

1:30 PM | Wednesday, October 4, 2023 | Intersection of Seventh Avenue E and E Eighth Street, Duluth

 

[DULUTH, MN] Mayor Emily Larson and City Public Works and Utilities staff will provide an update to the public on lead water lines removal projects at a press conference today, October 4, at 1:30 PM at the blocked-off intersection of Seventh Avenue E and E Eighth Street. An overview of the Eighth Street pilot project will be provided, as well as plans for future and ongoing lead line removal projects at the conference.

Members of the media should approach from Seventh Avenue E and walk beyond the closure signs to the staging area.
