Duluth Police Arrest Individual

On Wednesday, October 25, Duluth Police responded to a call of a stolen vehicle in the Piedmont area. While investigating the auto theft, Investigators identified 41-year-old Adam Dack as the suspect. Dack was arrested for pending 2nd Degree Burglary and Theft of Motor Vehicle charges, along with Possession of a Stolen Firearm, which was located on his person.

Dack has an extensive criminal history. This year, there are 23 pending charges for Dack’s involvement in cases. Four of those times, including this most recent arrest, he was out on bail and arrested for committing more crimes. 

Good job to Duluth Police Investigators for their due diligence in apprehending an individual who continued to victimize our community.
