Arrowhead Road to undergo utility work

Starting Tuesday, October 12, 2010, the City of Duluth will be installing a gas service line along Arrowhead Road just east of Haines Road.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction.  The utility work is expected to last through Thursday, October 14, 2010.
