Section of Grand Avenue temporarily closed to allow for bridge work on Monday, December 4

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] A temporary closure of Grand Avenue is scheduled for Monday, December 4 to allow for bridge work to occur in the area.  Grand Avenue will be closed to traffic at Carlton Street and a detour route, shown in the accompanying map, will be signed.  The closure is anticipated to last until Friday, December 8.
