Traffic Advisory: Wild Santa Run

The Wild Santa Run be held Saturday, December 9, starting at 10 a.m. in the 2500 block of West Superior Street. The race will begin 2515 West Superior Street. Runners will run on Superior Street up 26th Avenue West across 1st Street to 25th Ave West, runners will return to Superior Street then down 2nd Avenue West to Michigan Street. Using Michigan Street, runners will run east to the Cross-City Trail before turning around and running back the same route to finish in the 2500 block of West Superior Street.

No Parking:

-Superior Street from 27th Avenue West to 24th Avenue West from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

-1st Street between 26th and 25th Avenue West from 9:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Road Closures:

-Superior Street between 24th Avenue West to 27th Avenue West (9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

-1st Street between 26th Avenue West to 25th Avenue West (from 10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.)

-Michigan Street between 24th Avenue West and the intersection of Michigan and Superior Street (10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)

 

Traffic will return to normal by approximately 12 p.m.
