Section of S Lake Avenue temporarily affected by utility work beginning this week
[DULUTH, MN] Utility work being performed on Park Point will create lane detours and restricted on-street parking for a portion of S Lake Avenue just east of the Aerial Lift Bridge beginning this week. Work is expected to take one month to complete. Traffic lanes will be reduced and parking will not be permitted in the designated work area, which is detailed in the map included.
