The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender, Logan Asher Mattson, DOB 12/25/1980.

 

Mattson will be living in the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West in Duluth.

 

Mattson has a history of sexual contact with female victims ages 5-11.  The victims are known to Mattson and the contact has included fondling and penetration. 

 

The physical description of Mattson is:

 

Race:               White

Height:             5’11”

Weight:            185 lbs

Eyes:                Hazel

Hair:                 Brown

Build:                Medium

Complexion:     Fair
