INCIDENT LOCATION: 1400 blck Skyline Pkwy
Fatal Vehicle Crash
At approximately 3:30 a.m., Sunday, February 4, Duluth Police Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that was off the roadway in the 1400 block of W Skyline Parkway. Upon arrival, Officers located a vehicle that was rolled over with a single occupant inside. 26-year-old Duluth resident Logan Woock was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
