Notice of Public Hearing
[DULUTH, MN] The Duluth Public Utilities Commission will hold a public hearing regarding proposed water rate increases. The hearing will be held on March 26, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in City Council Chambers (411 W First Street, Room 320).
The purpose of the hearing will be to explain the proposed 9.25% increases to the water variable rates effective April 15, 2024, and effective January 1 for each of the next four years, and to receive comments from the public regarding the proposed multi-year rate plan.
