Duluth Police Arrest Male for Nine Counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material Charges
On Thursday, March 21, Duluth Police Investigators arrested 44-year-old Duluth resident Lucas Kramer on probable cause of nine counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material charges. This is after members of the ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Unit conducted an investigation into this incident several months ago. During the execution of a search warrant, multiple electronic devices were seized containing images of child sexual abuse material. This remains an active and ongoing investigation. More charges may be forthcoming.
