Aerial Lift Bridge Operations warns residents of falling snow hazard
[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth would like to warn the public of hazardous falling snow and ice on the Aerial Lift Bridge’s pedestrian walkways. Due to storm conditions, snow is falling from the upper sections of the bridge, creating a safety hazard on the open walkway. Pedestrians should use caution and be aware that snow and ice may fall onto the walkway without notice.
The bayside walkway was closed to the public late last year, but the lakeside walkway remains open.
Aerial Lift Bridge Operations thanks the residents for exercising caution while crossing the bridge.
