Duluth Police Arrest Male for Pending Felony Criminal Damage to Property Charges
On Tuesday, April 30, Duluth Police Investigators arrested 22-year-old Duluth resident Mason Manseau for pending charges of Felony Criminal Damage to Property. Manseau is the individual who spray painted the word ‘plunger’ throughout the City of Duluth.
Good work to our officers for holding him accountable and cleaning up our City from vandalism.
