Duluth Public Library Locations Closed Monday, May 27, for Memorial Day

All Duluth Public Library locations (Main Library, Mount Royal Branch, and West Duluth Branch) will be closed Monday, May 27, 2024 for Memorial Day. Libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28. 

Memorial Day Weekend marks the shift to summer hours at the Main Library, with Saturdays being closed through Labor Day Weekend. While the Main Library is closed on Saturdays for summer, library staff have a busy outreach calendar planned. The library's outreach van, Little Library Go, will be popping up at various community events all summer long. Story and Play in the Parks will be back for its fourth season on Mondays and Saturday mornings at Duluth city parks. The outreach van can also be found popping up at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market, Juneteenth, and Duluth-Superior Pride.
