Sundby Road to temporarily close to public beginning July 1
[DULUTH, MN] Beginning Monday, July 1, a contractor will be temporarily closing Sundby Road to traffic between Page Street and Miller Creek Drive. The closure will allow for the installation of utilities and pavement restoration for a commercial construction project. Sundby Road will be open to local traffic from Haines Road to Miller Creek Drive. Page Street will remain accessible at all times. The temporary closure is anticipated to last three to four weeks.
Drivers needing to detour the affected area should use Maple Grove Road, US Highway 53, and Haines Road to avoid the construction. A detour map is included here.
