City of Duluth to temporarily limit traffic in selected section of Second Street
[DULUTH, MN] Sidewalk repair work will necessitate the temporary closure of the eastbound lane and parking lane of W Second Street between Fourth Avenue W and Third Avenue W beginning July 11. The travel lane will be closed during the daytime hours and reopened in evenings. The parking lane will remain closed throughout the duration of the work. The work is anticipated to conclude July 17.
Pedestrians will detour the work area by signalized crossings at either Fourth Avenue W or Third Avenue West around the block.
