Duluth Police Respond to Overnight Shooting
At approximately 2:15 a.m., Saturday, August 24, Duluth Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of E 3rd St. Upon arrival, the scene was chaotic and two victims were located. One, a 56-year-old male who sustained a gunshot wound to the chest was transported to a local hospital by Mayo Ambulance and remains hospitalized. Another, a 29-year-old male who sustained a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen area transported himself to the hospital and was treated and released.
