Duluth Police Arrest Male for Felony Drive-by-Shooting and OFP Violation Charges
43-year-old Duluth resident Justin Miller was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail for pending charges of Felony Drive-By-Shooting and an Order for Protection Violation after officers investigated a report of a shooting that occurred in the 5400 block of Oakley Street on Sunday, September 22.
At the time of the shooting, there were occupants inside the residence but there were no reported injuries. The suspect and residents were known to each other.
While lodging Miller at the Jail, Officers located a small amount of meth. An additional charge of Smuggling Contraband into Prison was added.
Good work to members of the Duluth Police Department for arresting Miller and holding him accountable for his actions.
