City of Duluth to host Spirit Valley Strolls tomorrow and Thursday

[DULUTH, MN] City of Duluth planners will host walking feedback sessions, or Spirit Valley Strolls, in Spirit Valley this week to gather input in the early stages of the Spirit Valley Core Investment Area Plan.  This initiative aims to guide public and private investment in the district to foster a vibrant and thriving neighborhood center.  

Each walking session, or stroll, is outlined as follows:

Grand Avenue Business District Stroll – 5:00 pm, Wednesday, 10/2.  Meet at the Veterans Memorial (near Cody Street and Central Avenue).  We’ll walk the sidewalks along Grand Avenue to 59th Avenue W, stopping along the way to make observations and walk back to the starting point (0.8 miles total).

Central Avenue Business District Stroll – Noon, Thursday, 10/3.  Meet at the Veterans Memorial (near Cody Street and Central Avenue).  We’ll walk the sidewalks along Central Avenue to I-35, stopping along the way to make observations and walk back to the starting point (0.6 miles total).
