Mediator for Pastoret Terrace/Kozy litigation releases joint statement on behalf of litigants

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] Steve Reyelts of Northland Trial Team is releasing a joint media statement on the settlement of the Pastoret Terrace/Kozy Building litigation between Plaintiffs Dr. Eric Ringsred and his organization, Respect Starts Here, and Defendants the Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) and the City of Duluth.  Below are links to the statement, as well as a list of qualifications for Mr. Reyelts.
