New Law Enforcement Center Groundbreaking Ceremony Thursday, November 4th

Mayor Don Ness, City of Duluth and St. Louis County officials will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, November 4th at 1:30 PM for the new Law Enforcement Center.

The ceremony will take place behind the St. Louis County Public Safety building located next to the Chris Jensen Nursing Home off Arlington Avenue.

A release will be distributed at the groundbreaking ceremony. Media with questions should contact Amy Norris in the City's Communication Office at 730-4312.
