Duluth Investigators Arrest Individual Related to Multiple Vehicle Prowls
The Duluth Police Department has been investigating multiple vehicle prowls that have occurred at numerous trailhead parking lots throughout the City of Duluth. A suspected individual was identified and an investigation into his whereabouts occurred.
On Friday, February 7, Duluth Police Investigators arrested 36-year-old Luke Norlund without incident for pending charges of Financial Card Fraud, Possession of Burglary Tools, Felony Theft, Motor Vehicle Tampering, and 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance. While executing a search warrant, Officers also recovered multiple stolen items.
Good work to members of the Duluth Police Department’s Investigations Division for their extensive investigation into this case and holding Norlund accountable for his actions. We want to remind everyone to keep valuables out of sight and to lock your doors while you’re out and about enjoying the trails.
