Closure on 100 block of E. First Street today
[DULUTH, MN] A contractor is closing westbound traffic at the 100 block of E. First Street this morning. The contractor will also close the 200 block of Second Avenue East. These temporary closures are expected to last one or two days.
Commuters may experience traffic delays and are advised to detour around the area to avoid unnecessary traffic congestion.
