Search Warrant Executed in the 100 Block of East 3rd Street
At approximately 3:45 a.m., Thursday, March 20, members of DPD’s Tactical Response Team, DPD’s Investigation and Patrol Division, the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force, St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, and Superior Police Department executed a search warrant in the 100 block of East 3rd Street. Investigation into the incident showed individuals were selling controlled substances from a residence and they had access to firearms. Entry was made and five individuals were detained without incident. During the execution of the search warrant, two handguns were located along with sale amounts of Cocaine, Oxycontin, Methamphetamine, and Fentanyl.
29-year-old unknown resident Dominique Randolph was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail for pending charges of Aggregated 1st Degree Sale and two counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. 25-year-old unknown resident Desmond Carter, and 28-year-old unknown resident Floyd Nunnally were lodged for pending charges of 1st Degree Sale. 39-year-old Duluth resident Raysco Robinson was lodged for pending charges of 1st Degree Sale and Felony Failure to Register as a Predatory Offender.
Excellent cooperation by multiple agencies to safely execute a high risk search warrant.
