City of Duluth seeks applicants to Special Board of Review

 

[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth seeks applicants to its Special Board of Review.

The Special Board of Review reviews assessments and classifications of all property within the city; determines that all taxable property within the city is listed and properly valued; hears all persons feeling aggrieved by the assessment or classification of property and adjusts as appears just.

The Special Board of Review meets a minimum of one time per year. Meetings can last several hours, but lunch is provided.
