Planning Division staff to recommend tabling Safe Bay IUP for Temporary Outdoor Living Site application until May 13

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth’s Planning and Economic Development Department staff will recommend tabling an agenda item and public hearing at tonight’s regular meeting of the Planning Commission. Staff will recommend tabling PLIUP-2503-0016 Interim Use Permit for Temporary Outdoor Living Site at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Duluth until the May 13 Planning Commission meeting due to inadequate sign notice following the required signage being knocked down during a recent winter weather event.

 

All public comments received by the Planning and Economic Development Department will be included in the May 13 Planning Commission meeting agenda packet. Further public comments may be sent to staff at planning@duluthmn.gov.
