Second Annual Battle of Badges Blood Drive

The Duluth Police Department, Duluth Fire Department, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service are partnering with Memorial Blood Center and are facing off against each other in the second annual Battle of the Badges blood drive competition.

This blood drive builds camaraderie among local first responders through a friendly competition to see who can recruit the most blood donors! During the drive, donors will choose which agency they would like their blood donation to go towards, Team Law, Team Fire, or Team Mayo. The agency with the highest participation and the most units donated to their team wins a traveling trophy, and bragging rights for the year.

The drive will occur on Thursday, April 24 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 4505 W Michigan St.
