Attempt to Identify Shoplifting Suspect
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual in the below photo. The individual is a suspect in a shoplifting incident from JC Penny that occurred on Tuesday, April 8. The individual is described as a white female with red hair wearing a black vest, blue sweatshirt, and black leggings.
