DPD Arrests Male for Stabbing Incident
UPDATE: 37-year-old James Taylor Jr was lodged at the St Louis County Jail for pending charges of 2nd Degree Assault, Misdemeanor Criminal Damage to Property, and Fleeting a Police Officer.
DPD Responding to Stabbing
ORIGINAL: At approximately 12:20 p.m., Thursday, May 22, Duluth Police responded to a report of an individual who was stabbed near Lake Avenue and Superior Street.
The male victim received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by Mayo Ambulance to a local hospital. The victim and suspect are known to each other.
The suspect has been taken into custody. This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
