SUBJECT: Portion of London Road and portion of 25th Avenue E to be closed temporarily due to water main installation project

Portion of London Road and portion of 25th Avenue E to be closed temporarily due to water main installation project

 

 

[DULUTH, MN]  A contractor will close the portion of London Road at the intersection with 25th Avenue East, and the portion of 25th Avenue E from London Road to Jefferson Street, to install a water main. A detour will be posted. Pedestrian detours may redirect pedestrians to the opposite side of London Road. Access to local businesses and residences will continue to be available through the duration this phase of this two-phase project.

 

Detour routes are as follows:

London Road eastbound traffic: London Road to 21st Avenue E > 21st Avenue E to E Superior Street > E Superior Street to 26th Avenue E > 26th Avenue E to London Rd

 

London Road westbound traffic: London Road to 26th Avenue E > 26th Avenue E to E Superior Street > E Superior Street to 21st  Avenue E > 21st Avenue E to London Road
