Mayor Roger Reinert to proclaim September 3 Workforce Development Day in City of Duluth at Duluth Workforce Development Job Fair

 

Wednesday, September 3, 2025 |1:00 PM | Duluth Workforce Development Office, 402 W First Street, Duluth

 

[DULUTH, MN]] In honor of Workforce Development Month in the month of September, Mayor Roger Reinert will proclaim Wednesday, September 3 to be Workforce Development Day in the City of Duluth. The proclamation will be read at a media event at the Duluth Workforce Center/CareerForce, located at 402 W First Street in Duluth, at 1:00 PM. Media can expect to gather information and interviews about Duluth Workforce Development’s services, explore the Workforce Center/CareerForce, and gather imagery at the following job fair.

 

The event will be followed by a Hiring Now! Job Fair, where jobseekers can meet on the spot with representatives from local and regional businesses and organizations (like Duluth Public Schools ISD 709, Home Instead, Essentia, and more) about current employment opportunities.
