Grandma's Marathon Minnesota Mile
The Minnesota Mile Race will be held Friday, September 5, starting at 5 p.m. on West Skyline and Hank Jensen Drive. The race will begin at Hank Jensen Drive near the entrance to Enger Park. Runners will run around Enger Park on the roadway and finish at West Skyline Parkway/Hank Jensen Drive.
Signs will be posted on West Skyline Parkway at 10th Avenue West and 24th Avenue West to alert drivers to the road closures.
Enger Golf Course will remain open and accessible from 24th Avenue West during this event.
The Minnesota Mile is a Young Athletes Foundation event, a program of Grandma's Marathon.
Traffic will return to normal by approximately 8 p.m.
