Public invited to comment on reconstruction of Ivanhoe Street

 

The City of Duluth Engineering Division is hosting a public meeting to discuss the reconstruction of Ivanhoe Street (Lakeside neighborhood) on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 6:30 PM at Faith Lutheran Church, 1814 51st Ave East. 

The project is a component of the City's Street Improvement Program and involves full reconstruction of Ivanhoe Street from 49th Ave East to 54th Ave East. The project is scheduled for summer 2011.  A short presentation will be followed by discussion in small groups.  Discussion will be limited to the rodaway section and features that meet the needs of the neighborhood and general land use planning in order to achieve the City's goal of designing streets that take into consideration all users of the transportation system.
