At approximately 1:30 a.m., Saturday, September 13, Duluth Police responded to Aces and Spurs for a report of a fight. Upon arrival, Officers attempted to separate multiple individuals as numerous fights were occurring. Three individuals, 20-year-old Timothy Reilly, 23-year-old Dyani Taylor, and 17-year-old male were arrested for 3rd Degree Riot. The Duluth Police Department is actively patrolling the bar district to ensure the safety of our community.
