Results of 2025 Maxfield Housing Study to be presented in public meeting on Tuesday, September 23

[DULUTH, MN] The media and public are invited to a presentation of the results of a recent study by Maxfield Research & Consulting for the City of Duluth on housing demand and the housing market. The presentation will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 23 in the Great Lakes Room at the Holiday Inn & Suites Downtown. The results will be presented by Mary Bujold, president of Maxfield Research & Consulting. This presentation is open to the general public and downtown stakeholders. Developers, lenders, and other community stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
