Update: 68-year-old Jeffry Luck has been lodged at the St. Louis County Jail for pending charges of two counts of Criminal Vehicular Operation - one count substantial bodily harm and one count bodily harm.
Original: At approximately 4pm, Tuesday, September 23, Officers responded to the 3800 block of West Skyline Parkway for a report of two pedestrians that got hit by a vehicle that was traveling westbound on West Skyline. The two pedestrians (a 58-year-old female and a 74-year-old male) received non-life threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital by Mayo Ambulance for treatment.
The vehicle that struck the individuals fled the scene and was located a short time later. The suspected driver of the vehicle has been identified as a 68-year-old male and remains on a hold at a local hospital. Once cleared he will be lodged at the St. Louis County Jail for pending charges of Criminal Vehicular Operation. There were no signs of impairment to the male.
