City of Duluth to temporarily close one lane of Arrowhead Road for utility maintenance tomorrow
[DULUTH, MN] City of Duluth utility operations crews will close the right lane of eastbound Arrowhead Road at the 4000 block (between both Swan Lake Road intersections) to perform routine utility maintenance. Westbound traffic will remain unaffected. Eastbound commuters should expect traffic delays. Work will begin mid-morning and should be completed later in the afternoon on Thursday, October 2.
