Garfield Avenue concrete pavement rehabilitation project begins Monday, October 6

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] Concrete repair work will begin on the Garfield Avenue concrete pavement rehabilitation project on Monday, October 6. The work will span Garfield Avenue from Railroad Street to Nelson Avenue. Two-way vehicular traffic will be maintained on Garfield at all times, with lane shifts as needed. The project is expected to go through the end of October.
