City of Duluth to temporarily close two lanes of Arrowhead Road for utility maintenance tomorrow
[DULUTH, MN] City of Duluth utility operations crews will close two lanes of traffic on W Arrowhead Road at the 4000 block (between both Swan Lake Road intersections) to perform routine utility maintenance. One lane of traffic will be available in both directions, but commuters should expect delays. Work will begin early in the morning and should be completed later in the afternoon on Thursday, October 30.
