City of Duluth to close 1200 block of E Ninth Street Tuesday, November 4, 2025

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth will close the 1200 block of E Ninth Street Tuesday, November 4, 2025 to allow for in-ground utility work. The work should last one day, and traffic will detour around the affected block.

 

The detour routes are as follows:

 

Eastbound: 19th Avenue E > Fourth Street > 10th Avenue E

 

Westbound: 10th Avenue E > Fourth Street > 19th Avenue E
