City of Duluth to close a portion of the roadway near Ninth Avenue E and E Ninth Street on Thursday, December 4, 2025
[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth will close the roadway near the intersection of Ninth Avenue E and E Ninth Street Thursday, December 4, 2025 to allow crews to safely perform utility work. The work should last one day, and traffic will detour around the affected area.
The detour routes are as follows:
Eastbound: Sixth Avenue E > Fourth Street > Tenth Avenue E
Westbound: Tenth Avenue E > Fourth Street > Sixth Avenue E
